The managing attorney and President of the firm is DANIEL G. LILLEY. He graduated in 1964 from the University of Maine at Orono with a BA in History and Government. He received his JD from Boston University Law School in 1967. Mr. Lilley began his practice of law as an Assistant Attorney General before opening his law practice in 1969. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Maine Trial Lawyers Association, Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Maine Powerboat Racing Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and in 2007 was certified by The American Trial Lawyers Association of America as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
