He received his JD from Boston University Law School in 1967. Mr. Lilley began his practice of law as an Assistant Attorney General before opening his law practice in 1969. Darrick X. Banda was born in Rockport, Maine, and raised in Bangor, Maine. Darrick is a 1994 Graduate of Bangor High School. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Maine in both English and Political Science, graduating summa cum laude in 1998 and with the academic distinction of being nominated to the honor societies of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Tau Delta, Pi Sigma Alpha, and the 20th Maine Honor Society. Following college, Tina attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, pursuing graduate studies in African history.
